Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) for that shipment notification.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US orders are delivered fully tracked in 3–7 business days — so you'll always know exactly where your light is on its journey to you.
